Hand-rendered artwork is created by individual artists, ensuring each design retains unique artistic integrity and style. AI-generated artwork, on the other hand, is produced using algorithms and can lack the personal touch and detail that comes from human creativity.

Currently, most of our limited edition kits include an exclusive art print. We are working towards including these special prints with more of our offerings.

Artists receive a commission for each kit sold, which varies depending on their agreement with us. This model supports artists financially and allows them to continue their creative work.

At The Diamond Art Gallery, we use only premium materials chosen for their quality and performance. Our canvases are hand-rendered rather than computer-generated, ensuring smoother color transitions, purposeful detail, and a finished piece that truly resembles fine art. We use high-grade resin square drills for superior sparkle, color consistency, and minimal static. Our round drills are currently acrylic, selected for their vibrant shine and smooth application. All of our canvases feature poured glue on thick, durable material printed with fine art clarity, eliminating common issues like rivers or bubbling. Every kit also includes deluxe accessories such as a stopper tray, premium cover minder, wax, and a velvet storage bag, created for experienced painters who value quality. To make each kit truly special, we include a signed certificate of authenticity and an exclusive fine art print, both created to honor and support the artists we collaborate with.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our kits, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or work with you to make it right.

Delivery times for our kits range from 4-8 weeks, depending on the specifics of your order. This timeframe allows us to maintain our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, especially as some kits are made to order to ensure the highest quality possible. Please bear with us as we work to get your order to you as promptly as possible.
